Frequently asked questions
Is Churnbell a Stripe product?
No. Churnbell is an independent service built on the official Stripe webhooks. We are not affiliated with Stripe, Inc.
Do you store payment or card data?
No. Stripe only sends us event metadata (e.g. "subscription X was cancelled"). Card numbers or bank details never reach our servers. Events are deleted automatically after the retention period.
Where are your servers located?
In Germany. All processing is subject to the GDPR and German data protection law. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
How fast are the notifications?
Stripe sends webhooks in real time – your alert typically arrives within seconds of the event.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You copy one URL into your Stripe dashboard and choose what you want to be notified about. That's it.
Can I delete my account?
Anytime, right in your account settings – one click permanently deletes your account, endpoints and all stored events.
