Quick start

Churnbell sends you an instant message whenever something important happens in your Stripe account — such as a subscription cancellation or a failed payment. Setup takes about five minutes.

1. Create an account

1. Open the app and enter your email address.
2. You will receive a magic link by email — click it, done. There is no password.

2. Connect Stripe

Under Endpoints, create a webhook URL and add it to your Stripe dashboard. The step-by-step guide is at Set up the Stripe webhook.

3. Create a rule

Under Rules, one click on the quick-start preset “🔔 Subscription cancelled” is all it takes. Learn more at Rules & patterns.

4. Test it

On the Events page you will find the “Send test event” section: it generates a realistic sample event (e.g. a cancellation) and runs it through the entire chain — including the notification. You can verify everything works without touching a real subscription.
