Connect Telegram

With Telegram, your alerts land directly on your phone — usually faster than you can open an email. Telegram alerts are available from the Pro plan upwards.

How to connect

1. Go to Channels in the app.
2. In the Telegram section, tap the bot link and press “Start” in Telegram.
3. Send the displayed connection code (e.g. cb-a1b2c3) to the bot as a message.
4. Back in Churnbell, click “Check connection” — done.

Testing

Once connected, use “Send test message” to instantly verify everything arrives.

Adjust your rules

For an alert to go out via Telegram, the respective rule must have the “Telegram” channel enabled. For new rules, simply tick the Telegram checkbox.

💡 You can disconnect at any time under “Channels” — the bot will no longer be able to message you.
