What data does Churnbell store?

• Account: your email address, language preference and (optionally) your Telegram chat ID.
• Events: the event metadata Stripe sends to your webhook URL — e.g. “subscription X was cancelled”. Card numbers or bank details are never included and never reach our servers.
• Billing: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Payment data stays entirely with Stripe.

Where is the data stored?

Exclusively on servers in Germany . All processing is subject to the GDPR and German data protection law. Events are deleted automatically once your plan’s retention period expires.

Changing your email address

Under Account → Change email address: we send a confirmation link to the new address — it only takes effect after you click it.

Sign out everywhere

Account → Sign out everywhere immediately invalidates all active sessions on all devices — useful if a device got lost.

Deleting your account (GDPR Art. 17)

1. If a subscription is active: cancel it first via Manage your plan.
2. Then confirm under Account → Delete account.

Deletion immediately and irreversibly removes: your account, all endpoints, rules, stored events and delivery logs.
